Talent House 2007 Private residence remodel - Design: John Harpster My intention was to infuse the interior of this home with natural light by raising the ceilings and creating window walls on both sides of the house. From the original 1950’s ranch design—too small and too confining—I wanted to design an interior with more generous spacing , pleasing sightlines and a better flow. Natural elements of wood, stone and plaster-like finishes were key to complimenting the extraordinary pastoral setting of the home. |
